No suspicion required. (And remember that I said that photoshopping in an ad or press release is to be expected.) If you want to verify put the image in any decent picture editor, and find all the pure black pixels. In a real photo there won't be any. What someone did here is choose black in an editor and draw in the three extra head coverings.

If you want to do a better job, take a picture of some black cloth at a decent distance, then use the black areas as a stencil to be filled in. The editing will still be detectable by magnifying the edges, but a lot less obvious. I'm not going to write a book on how to make photoshopping undetectable here, just some pointers on how to detect it.
