Fascinating article, being Australian we have had a major lie told to the electorate at the 2010 elections, where the then Labor leader ms Gillard said as a definate promise THERE WILL BE NO CARBON TAX UNDER ANY GOVT I LEAD, this was the first female to become prime minister in Australian federal govt, she lied, within months the Greens forced her to bring in a CARBON TAX as a condition on joining them to hold a majority govt, and although the Greens pushed her so as to form govt, it certainly violates her commitment to the electorate, thankfully the new current govt will demolish this bastard tax, and also set us free from being tied to the EU carbon tax regime, she is a liar,
