Reader comment on item: My Views of Islam and Islamism
in response to reader comment: Moderate Islam

Submitted by Mark D (United States), Dec 30, 2013 at 22:09

I apologize most sincerely if there has been a misunderstanding and thanks a million for the reply.

Maybe I should have phrased my question better.

Moderate Islam. Is that the same as Moderate Muslims? If so, then what do Moderate Muslims, not the US, need to do for the solution to materialize? They must rise up and instigate revolutions? Pull out all the stops and join the war on terror, like say the Afghan military fighting the Taliban, just cooperate profusely with the US?

Or should you spare me the pain and humiliation for not being well versed on the topic inside out and point me to past articles to read up on?

Mark D
