Mr Pipes,

If you remove the Arab & Haredi population, I bet the secular birth rate is less than 2.0 (remember Bugi Yaalon's comment re charaidi population growth?)

The GDP numbers benefit the top 0.1% population only. Why is 56% of the population still below the poverty line?

In the socialist country, the "promised Land" oil find will benefit none of the masses.

Westerners do not understand Iran. Will a nation that idolizes suicide bombers hesitate to pull a nuclear trigger that will lead to their own destruction?

Finally - "The issue of Haredi non participation is being addressed" - Unless you understand the mentality of the Haredi people ...
