I would add that the UN oil for mass graves, terror splinter groups funding and logistics provided by Iraqi embassies program, had leveraged the UN security council. Along with the US politic. The military should be to wage & win war as defined.It's not to be the state dept's meals on wheels or a lib media political football, fighting with one arm tied.
