For any project to succeed the First Principle has to be the Sanctity of Lives and a minimum standard of Human Rights.The U.N. among others no longer abide by this standard as many of the Donors and Participants are more into their interests and religious orientations as portrayed with the Islamic groups or extreme right and left groups promoting their own agendas .
