How such a small country with sorrounded by the worst of enemies, with very little natural resources and once a poor country is so successful now ?

Because Jews are Naturally brainy, god and peace loving people, Ready to help others

How such big countries sorrounded only by seas and have natural resources bestowed upon them and are rich traditionally are massive failures now ?

Because they are Muslims who have no brains or little brains and they are war loving people and always ready to create trouble for others :-) e.g our neighbour Pakistan, Iranians, Syrians......
