Democracy and Arab Countries

One thing I could not understand here all arabian countries citizens are taking citizenships in western countries and themselves in their original country they do not want any person to have citizen rights what is this? Why western Scholars like Daniel Pipes and others are not opposing this non-sense. The islam itself is not in favour of democracy. To mordernise these countries we need to change the mindset of the people over there.
