Excellent point. The key operative phrase is: "Until the U.S. stops the occupation of Muslim lands..., we will be attacking [the] U.S., and I plead guilty to that." The implication is clear: long after the last U.S. soldier leaves Afghanistan and Iraq, any remaining U.S. presence in, say, Saudi Arabia or the Gulf states would constitute "occupation of Muslim lands". So would Israel, after the last soldier leaves the West Bank and a peace agreement signed, its very existence constitutes "occupation of Muslim lands", hence casus belli for further terror attacks against the U.S. and Israel.
