One-Man Rule Conspiracy Grows With Time

Reader comment on item: Think Tanks as the Hidden Hand

Submitted by Gloria (United States), Jun 2, 2010 at 11:22

Back in the late '60s, the word among my anti-war friends was that one person ran the world. By the '90s, they began speaking of a cabal of five or six people. Yesterday, I heard from an old hippie who said the world was totally controlled by 25 people. Most of the people in this group are bankers, however, it also includes former President Clinton, Dick Cheney, and the Queen of England. As I vaguely recall, there was a name for this group but I wasn't paying enough attention to remember it.
