When it comes to what needs to be done, identification of the jihadists is at the top of the list.
Why? So that governments worth their salt will know who to hold accountable.
For, I see profiling as a necessary tool to keep countries safe. After all, to leave the protection of citizens only in the hands of government is a recipe for disaster.
