worsening situationReader comment on item: The Worst Crisis in 35 Years? Submitted by Ted (Canada), Mar 17, 2010 at 21:20 D. Pipes is having a serious case of' 'wishful thinking' if he feels that all of this really bad decision making by the Israeli government will yield some favorable benefits. The U.S. administration is dead serious in its pursuit of two state solution to the dispute. And it views that objective as being impeded by settlements. There is a universal consensus that there is no military solution. ONLY A DIPLOMATIC ONE.. The general perception is that Bibi and gang are the culprits in holding back the peace making process. Dr. Pipes, how do you see all of this as being good for Israel.?
