No hope?

Is there no hope of ever having a meaningful dialogue with countries and/or governments which choose to "believe" above all else in the rule from a higher power? If in fact we look to our own history and the wearing away at the structure of the powers-that- be (albeit George W. notwithstanding) religion like terror eventually loses to the curiousity of the human animal to see the grass growing on the other side", and the concept of "keeping up with the Joneses".

Granted it isn't an overnight proposition, nor can it usually be accomplished in twenty years.

However, the erosion of the Berlin Wall, the decay of all tyrants happens. Change happens.

But to make a good stew, we have to be patient, and gently stir the pot...
