If the Palestinian Arabs can but overcome hate, they would be able to use their proximity to Israel as their greatest economic asset.

Of course, back in 1919, that was what Feisal Hussein of the Hejaz and Chaim Weizman agreed to, but hate overcame good sense back then . . .
