Iraqi strongman before 30 June

Neither Saleh nor any other Sunni will be able to be Iraq's next strongman. The coalition will chose a Shiite acceptable to the Sunni population to be in a high position. The strong man should be in lower ranks, for example in the interior or defense ministry.
