Will these hotels be granted special "religious accommodation" in Western countries?

i.e.….

-no seeing-eye dogs allowed

-no food service permitted during fast days

-100-foot-high minaret for adhan, the call to prayer, 3 times a day

-no women unless accompanied by their husband or male relative

-no women unless covered according to their Shar'i Supervisory Board

-before registration, luggage searched for bibles, alcohol and/or books by Dr. Daniel Pipes

"Luxurious Hookah Lounges" may be an excellent Marketing feature when they hit countries with strict "no smoking" laws.
