Robertson may be right about God. If he is, he is negligent; complicent even

Reader comment on item: Did Divine Intervention Fell Ariel Sharon?

All this is interesting conjecture. Since we do not have a prophet, no one knows for certain. Robertson may be on solid ground from a Biblical standpoint.

Only there is the rub that the prophet Joel is speaking more toward the nations, like America and President Bush who are dividing God's land, than Israel's evil puppet leaders who do what Washington directs them to do.

If Robertson is right, why isn't he concerned that God will ultimately judge America because of Bush's wickedness in forcing Israel to give precious land to her enemies? Why hasn't Robertson condemned George W. Bush for bringing God's wrath on the Gulf Coast in the form of Hurricane Katrina, within hours of the Gush Katif expulsions, August 2005?

No. Robertson has done nothing but support this evil leader, George W. Bush. What of the Republican loses in the mid-term 2006 elections? Did Robertson blame Bush for this because he is dividing God's land? No, Robertson is silent.

Robertson is complicit in the evil Bush is doing to God's land. America may wind up with Hillary Clinton in 2008 because of George W. Bush and Robertson's complicity in Bush's evil machinations regarding the Almighty's land. Robertson has done nothing but support this evil man. Hasn't he?

That having been said, isn't all this conjecture?
