Reader comment on item: Christian Hajjis to Jerusalem

Submitted by david (United States), Dec 30, 2007 at 02:27

65,000 people have responded to the appeal to the President not to divide Jerusalem and give up the Bible land to radical Islam.

With all my heart I want to thank all of Jerusalem Prayer Team members who responded to our cries for help so far.

We only need 35,000 more votes and I truly believe that we can have a major impact. Thus far, President Bush is not hearing from many Bible-believing Christians but is, in fact, hearing from professing Christians who want him to divide Jerusalem, which is outrageous.

If every Jerusalem Prayer Team member would just simply get one person to sign this petition, we would pass the 100,000 mark in 24 hours. I know everyone can do that. The need is so grave; the souls of Jerusalem are crying out for our help, even praying constantly at the Western Wall for deliverance.

We would like to send our signed petition to President Bush in 48 hours to ensure he receives it before he leaves for Israel. Would you make another attempt to send this out to your entire email list?

The purpose of the President's trip is to persuade the Jewish people that the U.S. Government and its people are fully supporting the Road Map to Peace, a document created by Saudi Arabia to divide Jerusalem, take Judea and Samaria from Israel, push Israel back to the pre-1967 border and proclaim a Palestinian-Islamic State with East Jerusalem as its capital, the home to all Christian holy sites.

The U.S. Government has mobilized the world to raise almost 8 billion dollars to achieve this goal, with Russia, China, UN, EU, and the majority of nations sponsoring this. We must let the President know that as Bible-believing Christians we do not support the division of Jerusalem.

Thank you for doing everything you possibly can so we can reach this goal of 100,000.
