Koret Suppporting Chamish

Reader comment on item: Barry Chamish, Holocaust Revisionist?

To know that The Summa Cum Laude Journalist with high honor Reuven Koret has ever supported a "character" such as Chamish, and all his deplorable non sense- is painful.

Although my personal view in regards to Israel Insider does not exactly cluster with Dr. pipes views, for a couple of reasons, I understand Koret as an exceptional intellectual and holds knowledge in technology and business that many in these specific areas do not.

Koret though has in some of his actions, in regards to his web site a trend to the left with no explanation, as if all of the sudden hammering those who were on his side. It is a type of, exaggeratedly speaking, a schizophrenic random action- but from there to support Chamish, it is a long way. It is one of those unbearable mysteries that life presents to us. The more we beg for clarity and answers from the Universe, the darker it gets.

I had the impression in the past that Koret supports unconditionally Sir Pipes work, with no refutability whatsoever, even in the light of doubt .I'm surprised for to say.

I was wondering yet, if Ellis Shumman holds the same position; b/c if so, considering that excellent writers such as Beth Goodtree were allowed in the past to post on II,what makes in any case Koret support, " at any moment" Chamish, recalling Chamish legacy.

In an event of agreeing with Chamish, Koret should disregard and ignore his "intellectual feelings", not even expressing as a result his support for the sake of what is right. And, for the sad end, he lets Chamish to post on II.

This type of action as playing in "all fields", carrying the flag of "pure": diversity, secularism and support for all, will make in a long run Koret lose support. This is the "air" that Koret exhales that I do not like.

Finally, can somebody explain why he lets Uri Avnery to post on II?
