Thieves of legitimacy

Reader comment on item: CAIR's Dirty Tricks against Me

Submitted by Ali-Baba (Canada), Sep 12, 2007 at 03:49

The Canadian Council on American-Islamic relations { CAIR-CAN } celebrated with pomp and ceremony { June/2007} a ‘human rights award' lavished on them, now sit down for this, by the ‘Muslim Community' of Toronto, for, now strap yourself down for this, "... outstanding work in advocating for civil liberties and human rights...." !!!!!

Priceless, a special-interest group elevated to the honor of ‘Apotheosis' by its captured co- religious and righteous peers! Publically basking in the emptiness of meaningless accolades, attended by the compulsory contingent of politicians and municipal officials { useful idiots } generous in their applause of homage and recognition.

CAIR-CAN would be hard pressed to recognize a legitimate human rights abuse { even if we rubbed their nose in it } especially any such issues that dare to implicate Islam, such contentiousness is simply not on their radar.

This gratuitous self-aggrandizement is a crass mockery to genuine consciousness. !? What next CAIR-CAN dispensing fancy certificates, their equivalent to 'Pulitzer prize for literature' , to those who can rote { recite by memory} the Qu'ran without error !?
