Shabina Begum's father seeks legal protection of human rights. Does Islam protect the human rights of non-Muslims?

Mr Taj Hargey, Chairman,Muslim Educational Centre of Oxford opposing the Saudi driven campaign regarding Niqab is praiseworthy.
