Develop solid relationships with the Arab and Muslim communities for the 21^st and 22^nd centuries - is nothing but surrendering our sovereignty to the Islamic Umma by the end of the 21st centrury. Arabs would have achieved their goal of establishing their Caliphate by the beginning of the 22nd century.
