I've been a road warrior for 20 years. (Scaling down now.) Most of us road warriors have cordial respect for the TSA (Transportation Stupid Administration) personnel--they're just trying to make a living--but little respect for the TSA operating procedures. Not uncommon to see 4 working, and 8 "supervisors" standing around conferring on who knows what. At shift change time, it's a herd!
All of us have stories about the "S" in TSA. Some funny. Some so ridiculous as to be no-so-funny. It's routine, when something that confirms the "S" happens, to make eye contact with a traveling stranger and you both shake your heads in wonderment as to how the Fed's can screw up a one car funeral.
