Wrong interpretation of Surah Fatiha
Reader comment on item: Understanding the Palestinian-Israeli Conflict
in response to reader comment: Is the mere existence of the state of Israel a threat to Islam?

Submitted by Tahira Bhatti (United States), Aug 3, 2006 at 13:28

In this Surah, Quran generally speaks about people who got derailed on path of life , and people who stayed on righteous path and were blessed. This is a prayer to God, so he will guide us to follow right path. No way it is to be taken as direct comment on Jews.

Its amazing, Muslims never speak about Bible or Torah in a rude way. As they believe those are divine books. One should not be disrespectful when mentioning words of God.
