Reader comment on item: How Important Is the PLO?

Could you believe way back in 1983 when this article was publised that it would be as applicable now - 20 years later? I kept returning to the front page over and over again in disbelief - "was it really written in 1983?" Just replace PLO with PA, that's all...How sad.
