It is certainly blood curdling to see how Jews contribute to their own demise.
On the other hand, it is not Israel's money. It is the American taxpayer's money merely channelled via Sharon's treasury (now that the secretary of the Treasury is a pansy of Ariel Sharon). Was it not done in complicity with the American High Commisioner (otherwise known as the Ambassador) I would expect the American government to strenuously object to this transfer of funds into the hands of Terrorist organizations now ruling Gaza, Hamas and Al Qaeda. Their silence concerning this atrocious misuse of funds points to their complicity.

On the other other hand, this puny sum is peanuts, chickenfeed in comparison with the real financial fodder Israel feeds the Terrorist entities. The Oslo agreement provides for huge sums of money to be levied from import tax and excise to turned over to the PA, otherwise known as the Al Aktza Brigades and a myriad of other Jihadi aponyms. Not to mentions the huge sums provided by the USA directly, UNWRA and the Eurabian Union (therwise known as the European union) to the coffers of corrupt Terrorism.
4 years after sep 11th the West is back to the old mode of thinking that if Judea is wiped off the map, Islam will savour its victory, settle down to killing each other and leave the West alone. Wrong. On both counts. Israel is only the appetizer to Jihad, and it will not go down quietly, as it did 65 years ago.
