Even before losing his marbles Mr. Biden was an incoherent, leering, touch feely toady whose principal claim to fame was acting in the capacity of human ashtray when Barack Hussein needed to extinguish one of his smokes. These days his sine qua non handlers whisper leftist poison in his ear that he mindlessly regurgitates, not always comprehensibly, but almost always with enthusiasm. The poor shell of a mediocre man is dangerous precisely because he no longer has the capacity to understand that he's dangerous.
