A Debt of Thanks

Reader comment on item: My Media Year

Submitted by Robert Fusfeld (United States), Sep 11, 2002 at 21:47

Since i began receiving your articles and commentaries, i feel more prepared to understand the complexities we face in the years to come. As we battle a force which has desired power since the 800's, I sense a very ill-prepared public, ambivalent by necessity, paranoid by the moment, and ignorant of what it will take to challenge those who are more disciplined and patient. America is a society overwhelmed by an impulsiveness to resolve things within the context of "you deserve a break today" meanderings...

Thank you for your immediate responses to my questions and I appreciate how you have increased my awareness. Please continue, Dr. Pipes.
