Since Debanjee's deportation from Australia, he has been on a bit of a downhill slide. So he is hoping that Allah will intervene and slide him into another Western country, so that he can collect welfare.

He is in a dilemma, in that he has to create in his own mind, hope of getting back on the teet of western generosity.
