Cicero, an orator, writer and statesman of ancient Rome wrote: "We are bound by the law in order to be free". The first amendment allows people to believe in a maker and to worship as they think proper, as long as the worship does not infringe upon the rights of others. There are limits on the free exercise of worship in that the states may regulate conduct that would incite violence, and breaches of peace, thereby depriving others of their right to exercise their liberties. This is the crux of the matter, Islam forbids all of the above. ... To force one either to convert or be killed or become a 'Dhimmi'.
This in light of the fact of the recent pamphlets distributed throughout American mosques shows with all probability that in fact our 'laws' have been broken. Examples of these outlawed conducts would be making misrepresentations orusing coercion in recruitment of members. According to the above statement, our laws have in fact been broken.
MY QUESTION IS THIS: WILL OUR GOVERNMENT HAVE THE COURAGE TO ENFORCE THIS LAW? PROBABLY NOT. THE "TAKIYYA" WILL NO DOUBT AGAIN CLAIM "THAT THIS IS AN INTERNAL STRUGGLE WITH ONE'S SELF" NOT TO BELIEVE WHAT IT REALLY SAYS. "THESE PAMPHLETS ARE FOR MUSLIMS FOR INNER STRUGGLE" NOT ADVOCATING THE OVERTHROW OF THE U.S. GOVERMENT!! I WOULD LIKE TO HEAR SOME COMMENTS ON THIS AS I'AM NOT AN ATTORNEY, JUST INTERESTED IN "THE LAW OF THE LAND"
