Showing videos to stir up riots

In fact one must ask the question of why it is acceptable for the Islamic imams or media to show this so offensive anti-Muslim film to their masses in order to get them riled up and raging, but on the other hand it is not acceptable for anyone else to show the film in any context whatsoever. Aren't the Imams or the Islamist TV shows who showcase these videos insulting Mohamed by doing this too?
