MIchael, of course there is no difference and there never was. The military has been pulling the strings of various puppets since the time of Nasr, even before. Sadat got out of line and had to be killed. The military junta calls the shots. It will be interesting to see how they interact now with an Islamist agenda. They are more practical and materialistic than the ideologists.
