Dear Nurit,

Your dream of dragging turkey to Ataturk's western supported free turkey is going to be a pipe dream. As much as you want turkey to be ataturk's, Turks want to move away from it. They had suffered from 60 years of freedom, where religious girls are prohibited from getting education to the point that Prime minister's daughter herself had to go out of Turkey to get education. Largest minority Kurds were prosecuted for speaking their mother tongue. If majority turks wants 7th century rule, so be it. That is called democracy. Gone are the days when US elected rulers for the muslim countries. US installed supported despots are thrown out one by one by people power. Whether you like it or not that is going to happed all around middles east. Your power to infuence the destiny of those nations are hisotory of past. You can mark Turkey are another member of Axis of Evil. But your ability to bomb it to you satellite "democrazy"is now limited by your own economic woes. Not only that more and more countries will be joining the axis of evil soon.

Turks should now show maganinimity by taking impoverished Greeks, rioting in athens allowing them to earn a few bucks in their ever growing economay. Greeks who prevented turkish cypriots entering prosperous christian club called european union will be very much thankful.

Sick man of Europe that was Ataturks turkey will be soon Economic and political Giant of Asia. US can only see these event unfolding from sidelines. You are going to be busy raising debt ceiling constantly in an ever collapsing economy.
