How about dogs?

What about sending sniffer dogs through the plane once it's boarded? A couple dogs through the passenger section, and another two through the cargo hold. That way, if anybody's got anything through the initial security check, there might be a better chance of finding it once on board. And maybe keep a dog on the flight the whole time; send it around during the flight at varying intervals.
