Mr. Redmond,
There are many "psuedo Christians" who take one scripture of the Gospel and rely on it wholly as religion, without comparison to the whole of the book.
For instance, "do unto others as you would have them do unto you".
If I therefore opened fire on innocent human beings, I would WANT someone to gun me down for the sin.
So, if some nut opened fire in a crowded mall, would I shoot?
Yes. Because I would hope someone would extend that same judgement to me if I were the perpetrator.
