Bravo, Swiss Voters !Reader comment on item: The Swiss Ban on Minarets: A Possible Turning Point Submitted by Sergey (United States), Dec 8, 2009 at 05:33 Good for Switzerland that majority of Swiss voters backed the ban on minarets. I would go even further and support treating Islam not merely as a religion, but as a totalitarian political and social cult, akin to Nazism and Communism. It's up to Islam either to reform itself or simply disappear from the face of the Earth. Until Islam is reformed to make it palatable for non-Muslim world, any Islamic organization (Mosque, Charity, Student Organization) and so on should be treated with suspicion.
