Please don't forguet the invasion of Spain by the Moors and the Reconquista!

Mr Pipes, no one that I have read or heard seems to know or think it relevant, the horrific and revealing takeover of Spain and Portugal in 711 by the Moors who established there their brutal rule as the Damascus Caliphate. Due to lack of political and social unity in the Iberian peninsula muslims overtook almost all of Spain and Portugal --reaching the Northest-most regions-- in five years!! But it took 8 CENTURIES for the Spaniards to throw out the muslims and recover their country.

Today, as we heard, the muslim's aspiration is to regain the Spanish/Portuguese land that they consider as theirs. What's worst, their aspirations are not stopping at the Iberian peninsula.

WHY AREN"T WE TALKING ABOUT THIS? OR LEARNING FROM THIS?!
