Let me start with saying that I am supportive of not giving any particular religion special privileges.
Having said that, asking woman who covered their hair to remove the covering is going too far.
Yes they can have a policy to not to wear hats, caps...which is not based on a religion.
But I doubt if a Catholic Nun, US active duty soldier, Rabbi with yarmulk came to the Bank they would have enforced it.
There are many laws still in the books, which dont make sense..
Show me, independently that some cloth over a person's hair covering is stopping the bank to conduct their job effectively ?
Full face covering, using sunglasses are different category
