History of Islam in India shows that Invading Muslims have used all the tools available to them from the Koran and Sunnah. Offer Islam or death to the unbelievers. If at all unbelievers have to be tolerated as Dhimmis, charge religious tax on them, sufficiently high to break the backs of the unbelievers. Varieties of taxes were charged, be it land tax, cattle tax, grazing tax, not to speak of hateful Jezia, the religious tax. If they are unable to pay these taxes and offer to convert to Islam, waive tax and take them into the brotherhood. In some cases, where the Hindu Kings were vanquished, their conversion to Islam was a condition for accepting surrender, as in the case of Raja Sukhpal of Punjab in twelfth century India. Raja Ganesh of Bengal was offered similar terms when he wanted to be rid of repeated attacks on his Kingdom. But, he offered his son to Islam and chose to remain a Hindu. This converted son, with the typical zeal of neo-muslim went about converting the Hindus to such an extent, the medieval chroniclers record that in the next hundred years, conversion in such huge numbers was not seen in Bengal.

Islam targets especially women, as the child bearing women are the sources of huge numbers of Muslims for the future. Hence, the emphasis on four wives, innumberable concubines for the present - not to speak of slave girls, during the medieval period.

I agree with the writer that in the present state of affairs, sooner than later, the world will be Islamised. Not by sword, bombs and bullets, but by sheer demographics. Unless the hollowness of Islam as a religion is brought home to the Muslims and the Muslims are weaned away from Islam, disaster awaits the world in none-too-distant future, within next three or four generations. There is a lesson to be borrowed from the collapse of communism in the late eighties. A hollow ideology like Islam, which is essentially an Arab imperialist ideology has lasted too long for the world's good.
