Syria in Lebanon

Reader comment on item: "We Don't Need Syria" in Lebanon

Submitted by FG (United States), Aug 27, 2006 at 09:42

Lebanon should have called for a return of Syria's military ( in addition of calling other Arab states to post 50,000 - 100,000 'armed' troops) in Lebanon's southern border with Israel to establish peace in that region. If the Syrian military would have been in Lebanon, Israel would NOT have bombed any part of Lebanon.
