Reader comment on item: Jihadis Spare Muslims, Murder Infidels

Submitted by Mike stevens (United States), Jan 25, 2017 at 16:11

The evidence provided does not support an inference of Islamic Supremacism. The account clearly states that he was attacked because "he was white," as the boys admitted. Racism is real and does exist, I've been attacked because I'm not white, I never claimed it was on the basis of my faith. Those white men who attacked me made derogatory comments that were aimed at my skin tone. When the police took my statement, I could've made things worse by making false accusations as you do.

The fact that they stopped the attack because he said the Shadah can lead to an alternate conclusion. They stopped because he was a "muslim" or part of their brotherhood, a dogma that transcends above racism. The alternative, hearing God's words instilled fear in some of their hearts or reminded them of the life they are supped to lead.
