Reader comment on item: The Condition of Radical Islam Today

I would argue that if you start with the assumption that Islam is the one true religion and approached the Quran and life and sayings of Mohamed with an open mind and clear thinking with logic you would be convinced that the only intellectually honest view is of Islam is Islamism.
Put another way - it is easier to argue for islamism than nominal or peaceful Islam. The facts back up the Islamist interpretation. The fact that in the modern world all the arguments, the Quran, etc are readily available to everyone is one reason islamism I'd growing in Africa and around the world.
The answer is not moderate Muslims confronting Islamists. At best They are too moderate to even get worked up about it at and at worst the would love to see Sharia rule every person on the planet.
The only answer is conversion to Christianity. You can see in Africa the only real resistance comes from Christians who were converted by missionaries.
Since, in my opinion, Christianity is mostly lukewarm and not a dedicated radical subculture in western countries, it us to Far East Christians to save the world from islamism.
