I believe you shouldn't come to conclusions too quickly on such a big matter such as "islamic friday prayer" ...

When you have a human idol, a teacher and a great inspirational character in your life being incorrectly presented to the world for no reason but hatred, ignorance and lack of knowledge, would you be happy? now what if there are Millions of your kind around the world and this idol is your prophet? do you really expect people to stay calm?

There are grades in Islam Muslim, Mo'omen and lastly Mohsen. each one represents a stage of spirituality level and connection with Allah and the understanding of this world... it is silly to assume that all people are capable of achieving the highest spiritual levels in islam so easily. but at least they know that they should head this path unlike non-muslims who might and might not discover that the peace of mind and understanding of the spiritual side of this world is important.

For a huge subject like Islam who have governed an empire for 1400 years I believe you have to do way more researches to expand your knowledge on it before throwing such a subject that reflects nothing but lack of information and ignorance.

Part of achieving a good spiritual level is to discard hating toward good people and rather contain and understand them :)
