Dominant religion

"Based on current trends and calculations; in which year will Islam surpass Chistianity as the dominant religion?" (Yoven, Canada, Mar 10, 2012 )

What calculations? This "dominant religion" issue looks like a state secret, laborious to get a firm grip of. Contradictory claims abound, e.g. the darling of MSM "Islam the fastest growing religion on earth".

The author of 'Megashift' Jim Rutz writes

"Still, at the rate we're growing now, to be comically precise, there would be more Christians than people by the autumn of 2032, about 8.2 billion."

"For 40 years Jim Rutz has been documenting an astounding phenomenon – the under-reported explosive growth of the church worldwide."
('Christianity taking over planet' ; 2011 WorldNetDaily)
