What is the end game for Israel?

Assume Israelis are right in every thing they do. What is their ultimate goal? You know, Israel's options are limited and can not be achieved even in a thousand years. Here are the options and they are all bad options except one.

1) Murder all five million Palestinians in Israel and the occupied territories and keep the land. No soul would even think of this option.
2) Throw out all Palestinians to neighboring countries and keep the land. Will not happen without a massive war with neighboring countries and the death of millions. Impossible to achieve.
3) Keep on the present path. Build settlements. Deny Palestinians equality and citizenship. Continue on the apartheid state while taking all the territory by force. Possible to achieve but impossible to live in peace.
4) A two State solution is also bad for Israel. Is Israel to accept the 1967 border? What about the Palestinians living within the 1948 borders? Are they going to be thrown out or they will remain a minority and second citizens? Is Israel going to give away Jerusalem? I don't believe Israel will give back East Jerusalem?

The only option left for Israel and Palestinians is to live together as equal citizens with equal rights in the same land like they did live together thousands of years ago. Jews can remain Jewish and Palestinians can remain Muslims/Christians. What is wrong with this arrangement? Why Israelis want to make others suffer in order for them to create a Jewish state which is absolutely impossible to achieve.
