in response to reader comment: USA's Fault?

Submitted by justme (South Africa), Sep 17, 2008 at 04:18

If Vlad had taken the time to try and assimilate what i was saying he would know that I am of the view that BOTH radical Americanism and Radical Islam are killers that need to be dealt with. For Vlad's information, when the Ottoman's Empire was at it's height, the Jews of their time enjoyed the most freedom of their terrible history.

It is a known fact that the Jews fled Spain during the inquisition to the Muslim lands where they enjoyed safety. It's easy to throw history in each others faces. One can easily remind readers of all the backwardness in Christianity back in the day. For God's sake, the church even thought the world was flat and killed ANYBODY who said differently. Well, guess what, the world ain't flat and the it CERTAINLY does not belong to America. There is no reason why the rest of us have to dance to The USA's hypocritical tune when we all know that this is a nation built on the misery of others.

Remember the native Americans?......Vlad? Their misery still persists today, but hey, uncle Sam taught him how to gamble, sold him whiskey and that should make the native nuisance relatively sedate. America forces their capitalism down everyone's throats and make anyone who has socialist tendencies seems like the boogeymen. Thank God for people like Hugo Chavez, i hope his rise causes a stir in other resource rich countries and somehow brings "the rest" of us out from our capitalist induced comas and bring this awful giant called the USA down through smart, non-violent but crushingly effective means.

Yes, Islam has a tainted past, no doubt about that. But let's not forget that the 20th century's biggest terrorist was a Christian. Remember good old Adolf? It's very cute of the the anti-islamist to use selected texts to "prove" their view on Islam. But guess what, for every 10 muslims Bush kills in Iraq, 20 Americans become Muslims INSIDE America. So you guys are ultimately losing the battle but this should not be known as you need to seem as if you are "on top of the situation" It's been 1400 years and the west could not destroy islam then, and cannot know. Islam will be alive long after the fall of the USA. It's a known fact that the growth of Islam in the west is a big concern for you yanks. You're churches are emptying and are being converted into mosques. Ask yourself why an American would turn on his own "superior culture".

Time is ticking away, every empire reaches a point when it starts declining and alternatives are sought. Guess what...Vlad, that time has come.
