kuntar deal

An expensive deal was Rabin's Jabril deal for 1150 released, including some who had done very little time, for 3 live soldiers. Some of those released went on to kill dozens of Jews.

It can be debated whether releasing or not releasing Kuntar will produce more attempted kidnappings.
