Jihad and its eradication

Reader comment on item: Letters to the Editor: Does Israel Need a Plan?

Submitted by S.C.Panda (India), May 6, 2003 at 02:42

Dear Dr. Pipes,
My comments on the above are as follows:
1.I endorse Harvey Lithwick's proposal on de-jihad-ization which will not only solve the Israel-Palestine conflict but also the Indo-Pak and other conflicts.
2. I consider jihad as a politico-religious opium which can be won by providing good and liberal education to the muslim masses.
Regards, Sincerely, S.C.Panda
