Are you not able to provide protection to one of your citizens threatened by Islamists residing among you? Perhaps you are not WILLING? Because she happens to be just "a Somalian"? Is it that much inconvenient to stand up against the Islamist thugs?

I almost said that you will have to pay dearly for this. But as you look now your fate is much worse.
