An important fact that has been ommitted by most of the press ( a media blackout surely) is the pressure bought to bear on this young lady by her brother, a committed member of extreme Islamist group Hizb-ut-tahrir which would like to establish a caliphate in the UK. The whole tone of editorials have been gushing eulogies about the girl's bravery and "eloquence" when, if you listen to her, she has a job stringing a sentence together and has obviously been coached both by the useful idiot barristers representing her and the scary men behind her.
